Domino's Pizza - Albuquerque

Ordered from this location. Was given the completely wrong order. Only realized once we were home. Tried contacting location to get info on refund. Store location WILL NOT answer any calls. Once you get someone it's a call center that tells you they can do nothing but transfer you to the store. Once that happens it immediately disconnects. Pathetic way to run a business or take care of customers. Also the automated response to these is offensive. The customer service person did NOTHING. What's an automated email going to do

Ordered A Ultimate Pepperoni large, 20 dollars, and it was just a regular pepperoni. Twenty dollars for a large pizza! You guys make the better tasting pizza but not for twenty dollars. Especially for a regular pepperoni. EDIT. Wow I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Youve had nothing horrible reviews lately. Ill just not order from you anymore.

2 employees, Patrick and Nona have been caught several times being verbally abusive and rude to customers and coworkers. The first couple times I chalked it up to bad mood or having a bad day but as a frequent customer I constantly hear one of them being snarky or hostile. Not coming back to this location because that is a toxic environment and nobody needs that in their lives. I feel bad for the other workers, especially Julie who was always nice.

I had a horrible experience at this restaurant I called in to get a pizza and when I got there the lady that was inside she was the only worker in there she was a white female she wears glasses her height was about maybe 5 something she took off from the restaurant for like 5 or 10 minutes doing something out in the parking then she came back into the restaurant and I have to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes for her to even ask me a question and my pizza was sitting there I got it back home and my pizza was not hot it was cold and on top of all this the person that I was with was outside sitting in his truck waiting for me and the delivery person which was a black woman Crashed into his truck be careful if you go to this restaurant make sure that they give you hot pizza and be careful with the driver she's a black woman that delivers pizza so she don't crash into your car our truck

Food poisoning.It’s currently 09/22/2023 and I got take out from this location 2 days ago, I am still sick. I’m lucky that I have a day off today, I would have had to call in sick otherwise.It’s absolutely beyond me how far over the due date food must be to get this sick from what is essentially frozen food.Thank’s Dominoes you suck.Oh and not that it matters at this point but they also forgot my dipping sauce.
