I give 5 stars because I can't give 6. I would say the best restaurant I tried (and I tried many). the fusion feels in the dishes, first quality ingredients merge into unique and exquisite dishes. the price is on average, the beautiful location and a stone's throw from the trulli. excellent sushi, excellent dishes of the kitchen. present service and the right speed. We will definitely come back!

Excellent location practically 2 steps from the trulli. clean and modern. attentive staff fast and good quality of fish in general. excellent tempura. Perhaps the only flaw is the too much rice of the roll that makes the essence of the internal ingredients feel little. I will return

Superlative sushi, fresh fish, excellent combinations! prices just above the average, but it all applies. the best of the valley of Italy! recommended!

Reading other reviews I heard about gruesome staff, slow service. I didn't find anything about this! the staff is friendly and helpful and the service is quite quick (even too much if you sit relatively early). I have been at a pasquetta and the amount of people (tanta) did not affect the service offered by the local. the menu is very wide with wide choice also for those who do not go crazy for raw fish always maintaining an oriental inspiration (chicken, ravioli of meat, salmon and tuna squid. portions are probably smaller than other locals but this allows to reduce waste and try more specialties. excellent rolls in every form (but fried ones on the outside are memorable). the salmon and the tuna squatted seems not to be spotted at the moment (but at pasquetta we are going ahead with the work,) excellent instead the carpacci and tartare. price in line with the competition but the price of the evening is applied on the holidays (it does not change much but warn the customer would be appropriate)
