Wendy's - Albany

If only I could give zero stars just for the rudeness and disrespect my husband and I received when placing an order at Wendys store #00001269! My husband and I were very nice and polite and we did not receive that from Wilmona taking our order! She continually seemed frustrated, somewhat taken back at the register as we ordered, was not listening while continually rolling her eyes as we ordered! Just really unprofessional and unnecessary! My husband and I kept having to go ask or get things corrected because of her attitude issue she wasn't paying attention and could care less to hear what we were saying during the order being placed! Instead of speaking or addressing her about her attitude that was received I hope after this review someone will do the right thing and address it, it does not belong in customer service at all! My husband and I wanted to eat Wendys and enjoy the dine in experience once again! We did notice other things in the restaurant which was a huge box with other boxes inside that sat on the far end table. An employee backpack was just laid over one of the high tables. The drink machine is almost out of options because it is carbonated, the machine also was running very slow. After each time the button was pushed it would stop and had to wait then pushed again, it took about 3-5 mins. to get a drink! Professionalism and upkeep is a must! One more note, please keep the tables and floors clean at all times! Overheard another customer complained about their bathroom toilet running, and Wilmona who placed our order shouted to that customer WE KNOW Customers not only pay for food but also for service! Treat your customers better Wendys!

I don’t know what the problem is with false advertising but if it says Wendy’s closes at 11 I still expected to be served at 10:30. I arrived at 10:42 and arrived at the same time as the truck in front of me they took the truck order then once I got to the speaker said they were closed. Mind you it’s only 2 cars in the line . I guess people don’t work until closing anymore. Just straight lazy.

The lass working the drive thru, janerica, made several snide remarks thinking we didn't hear, telling us to come inside and finish our order and that its not that hard and then proceeds to give us all small drinks when we asked for medium. We definitely wont be comming back to this Wendy's

It was nice being able to go inside I haven't eaten there for 2 years I don't do pick up windows

I order food from this Wendy's at 9:23 a.m. on 2/26/2022..Breakfast burger was burnt, coffee half full and seved COLD! The food was absolutely DISGUSTING! and unfit to eat. This place needs to be shut down!
