Hibachi Grill Buffet - Albany

I had a fantastic time watching my food being prepared right in front of me! Our chef was incredibly funny; he asked if I liked to see butterflies, and I had no idea what he was up to. Out of nowhere, he tossed butter onto the rice, which was hilarious! Then he shaped the egg into a caterpillar and positioned it right in the middle of the rice, resembling a butterfly. He pointed it out and asked if I knew what it was. I responded, "Of course, it’s a butterfly!" To which he joked, "No, it’s fried rice!"

I went out with my family and extended family for a celebration. We were seated at the hibachi grill, where our chef created a fantastic experience with his entertaining skills and cheerful banter while cooking. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the steak, chicken, and shrimp—there were no complaints at all. I also sampled two sushi rolls that I had never tried before, and both were excellent. If you're looking for something unique, I highly recommend the Black Dragon Roll!

Absolutely AMAZING! My family and I took Grandma to celebrate her 25th birthday, and we had an unforgettable time! The chefs are incredibly talented and entertaining. Our Grandma was hilariously tricked when one of the chefs pretended to spill cooking oil with a clever gag involving a fake oil string. It was a riot! This place is perfect for family gatherings or date nights—truly excellent in every way! We returned with my girlfriend on January 7, 2022, and once again, they did not disappoint. The food is unbelievably delicious!
