Burger King - Albany

I was at this place joshua and I have dinner from here and eating was not good. it was half warm and the fries were warm and soggy. I will apply for a refund. unhappy customers and they left our drinks.

Long wait at the drive thru, but was pleasantly greeted by my niece’s schoolmate. Also the food was good, as compared to a couple of days ago.

This Burger King has THE best customer service in town! The food is always hot and fresh.

Sandwiches were wrong. Lady came to the window like she had a attitude because I just wanted my correct items. Customer service was bad. When I usually go in the morning, I receive good customer service.

They just killed my Whopper with ketchup, there was so much it was all I could taste. The fries where warm and edible but not hot. The Original Italian Chicken Sandwich was pretty good and the customer service was friendly. Line moved at a average pace.
