Mixed feelings about this one. I think the pricing for their portions is pretty spot on. Customer service was meh, the whole line got yelled at by the front saying everyone here is gonna need to wait at least 30-40 minutes for their food . While the warning is appreciated, it came off pretty harsh (maybe she was just having rough morning) Our server was awesome, and super super sweet. The restaurant itself gives off huge family vibes, loved it. I was told the chicken and waffles were the best, but the chicken came out pretty stale. The waffles were delicious though. Could have been an off day, cause the person who brought me here said that 's not how their chicken and waffles normally taste and I trust that. I do wanna come back and try some other menu options though! Overall an OK experience

I will never support any business going the digital currency way. if you are a business going cashless, say goodbye to many customers! guieb cafe has waaaayyyyyu better food and prices!! and they are so much more friendlier and accommodating

We recently ate breakfast at Pancakes and Waffles in Aiea. The food was amazing! The staff was friendly!! AND.... While there, we inadvertently left behind two envelopes that contained money. To our pleasant surprise, Mr. Jason Sung, Owner of Pancakes Waffles came to our home this morning to personally return the envelopes to us. He acknowledged and credited his staff with pride. Thank you Pancakes Waffles, owners employees! We want to spread the word that this company truly reflects integrity. We strongly encourage you to visit Pancakes Waffles. Great comfort food at reasonable prices. Only thing I don't like is that they are cashless. Most of the time I would prefer to pay in cash and they don't allow that option.

They don't take Cash payments. I hate using credit card for only breakfast. I will never walk in there again. Annoying!!! Food was okay.
