Jǐn Huá Yuán - 幕別町

Visited for the first time on March 21st. Went to eat ankake yakisoba. Parking lot has around 10 spaces. It is commonly known as "champon" and the ingredients are mixed moderately, giving it a nostalgic taste. Personally, I found the flavor to be slightly sweet, but the spiciness of the pepper added an exquisite touch. When I glanced at the color paper, I saw "Destroyer."

I occasionally have the opportunity to visit this restaurant due to work reasons. It is a popular restaurant where customers' cars are waiting in the parking lot before opening.

I chose the liver and leek set meal today. It had a typical flavor that would appeal to everyone. It was reliable and satisfying in terms of serving time and portion size. There is a parking lot across the street from the restaurant, so you can go there with peace of mind. The turnover seems to be quick, so there shouldn't be much of a wait even during lunch hours. Next time, I want to try the lettuce fried rice.
