Bidrage med feedbackI had the Pork Soba (regular size). It is light with a bonito broth but still has a delicious taste. If it had a bit more bonito flakes fragrance, it would be perfect. The pork is cooked to be tender and has a subtle sweetness. The set menu is quite ample with the Pork Soba and Inari sushi, but for those who want a hearty meal, I recommend adding the set menu. The fresh noodles are smooth and have a good texture for a tasty experience. It was my first time visiting in a while, and I tried the Beef Tofu set meal. First off, you can get free rice refills. For big eaters, this is a welcome feature. However, the rice seemed a bit lacking in flavor - perhaps it was old rice? It's understandable if they had to skimp on the quality for the cost. At 730 yen, this is a reasonable price.
This is a soba noodle restaurant that makes their own noodles. You can order fresh noodles even with the more traditional soba dishes. The fresh noodles have a nice chewy texture with a wave pattern, and I appreciate the creative touches in the side dishes such as minced meat and seaweed. The taste is so satisfying that you will find yourself craving it again soon after eating. It's definitely a place worth revisiting.
