Today we also visited this establishment and were simply amazed by the incompetence of the staff. We ordered ice cream, and they could not give us an answer to the account of the warehouse. The staff is individual (not all of them are like that) behaves simply rude. The establishment is really very decent, the owners put a good idea here, it is delicious the kitchen, but the service is not very pleasant. Maybe the owners don't know, so let them pay attention and teach their girls a little how to behave with customers. It's a shame that such a good establishment is losing its authority in the city due to untrained staff.

I ordered 2 bumblebees with different syrups (pomegranate and lime) and an iced latte... To say that I am in shock is an understatement. We are from Kyiv, we were passing through. The prices are on par, even a little more than in our city. Almost no syrup was poured into the bumblebee, it was not even felt, the coffee was bitter, it all tasted like bitter orange peel, syrup was poured into the iced latte instead of coffee it’s trash... service like “well, you have 2 bumblebees, one with something green, the other with garnet and I quoted the guy who was clearly not happy to make and issue this order, just like the guy at the counter, spoiled the mood, the place would have a good atmosphere, but not this time
