Why is there a rewards program with points? I buy a pizza that’s more expensive than usual, expecting to get a comparable pizza in return for my points, and what I receive is a small, poorly made pizza topped with sausage and cheese! I specifically asked for a certain size, but what I got was a pizza 5-6 cm smaller than I ordered! It felt like I was given leftovers! I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, and their response was to bring a ruler and measure it myself?! I've never encountered such poor customer service. My advice is either get rid of this rewards program altogether and lower the prices of your pizzas, or stop serving us scraps. It's disgusting, and I won’t be ordering from you again. P.S. Delicious pizza. We've been going there for a long time, but lately, the prices have become quite high. Honestly, the café itself isn't great, as it really needs some renovations. It might be much better now, though.

The restaurant has a nice interior. It's very comfortable, beautifully designed, and the food is delicious.

Приобрёл пиццу «деревенская маленькая»06.07. Вся пересушенная, борта просто сухари «3 корочки». Заказываю не первый раз, но такое впервые, очень разочаровали. Шёл после работы голодный и на тебе.

Супер вкусная пицца. Заказываем постоянно, берём в основном на вынос. Даже потом разогреть можно.
