Food ok, service really not up to par. But just a beautiful location!

Was simply ignored at the grill when ordering to take away. People served in front of me and behind me, and when I asked, I was still ignored. No apology or anything like that when I said I would like to order too. After I ordered, the food for the others who ordered after me was delivered again before me. Very unfriendly and derogatory. It doesn't work at all. Middle class food, loveless, unfriendly service. Better to take something from somewhere else :

Great food. very rude waitress, denied us a seat, rejected to serve us, kept us on when we pay our bill. must be a political one.

A place by the lake, nice view but unfortunately service is the worst, they dont care about what you ordered, way to many clients and very few waiters. Food is ok even if you have to wait like around 40 mins and then they forgot...my drink. Until they dont get better and realize how important is client service i dont recommend it.

Baba is the original of the pump station! definitely worth a visit! there is even a spiess named after him and the egli knusperli from the zürisee I love.
