Trillium Hotels - Zone A

Our experience at this five-star hotel was disappointing. The person in charge was arrogant and tried to overcharge us compared to our reservation. Despite requesting for our room to be cleaned, it was not done due to poor communication as most of the staff did not speak English. The breakfast was repetitive every day. The worst part was the arrogance of the person in charge.

The rooms are clean and the rooftop pool offers a nice view of the city. However, there is no hair dryer provided and breakfast is very basic.

The cleanliness at this restaurant is very impressive, despite being short-staffed. The staff has done a great job of maintaining cleanliness.

Nice place with a convenient location and staff are super helpful.
