The rooms are great, but I booked a room for three people and there were only two beds. One was comfortable, but the other was very uncomfortable. Also, the pool for children up to 15 years old is only open until 7:00 p.m(19:00) Service: 5

This was a terrible experience. First of all, it's impossible to get through to them on the phone. We tried calling 5-6 times from our phone and even from the hotel number — complete ignorance. Secondly, the staff is extremely rude and doesn't know how to communicate with customers at all. It was very unpleasant when we needed to solve a problem — the attitude was horrible. If you're planning a trip with a colleague or a friend, be prepared for a transparent shower in the room, which will make you feel uncomfortable. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

We visited the hotel for the first time, but certainly not the last. Beautiful, clean hotel, great wellness with hot tub, pool and sauna. Thanks to the wonderful masseuses and great treatments, we enjoyed a relaxing weekend. The restaurant is large, the breakfast is rich, so everyone can choose according to their taste.
