07/22/2022 We celebrated an important event for us, a wedding. The staff ruined the whole holiday for us. The Bride and Groom constantly ran to the staff, begging for hot food. Many guests were left hungry, although everyone was counting and paying for the number of people. Many times, We asked to feed the presenter, DJ, videographer, but in the end we don’t know if they were fed. The place is beautiful, but the staff leaves much to be desired! Service: 1

The overall impression from this place is average; we would come next time just to rent a barbecue area without a house. We rested overnight in a house. The area is large, beautiful, and spending time outside is a pleasure. The house is in a tired state, with a bunch of sleeping places crammed into it. Nice sauna with a swimming pool. BUT the terrible local service greatly outweighs all the advantages. A few points from the series DO NOT embarrass yourself and include this in the cost of renting a house or gazebo: paid parking, sugar for coffee was sold to us in the cafe! for a ruble, there was an empty sugar bowl in the rented house. The staff is very arrogant, unprofessional and not customer oriented. We often rent houses on estates and this was the first time we encountered this. Service from the province. I can’t say anything about the service when serving residents, because... It was not possible to get there. Back in early September '21. We tried to make a reservation for a celebration in July 22, they said it was early but they made a reservation, we called them more than once, the answer was “it’s too early.” In November they said it was too late, it was already booked. Upon arrival they explained it was a staff mistake. When I asked for a book of sentences, they said it doesn’t exist in nature, they don’t have it. I asked to see the registration certificate, too, no, we are not obliged to show you anything. QUOTE: “We are like a private farmstead. We don’t need any documents. We don’t have a cash register” (although the terminal is on the bar counter). In short, the place is beautiful, everything has been done (from the outside) nothing. But the waitstaff, in a normal establishment, wouldn’t work even a day.. Therefore, my advice: there is an opportunity run further if you don’t want to get into trouble.
