Hot Box Pizza - Zionsville

This HotBox location is absolutely fantastic! As an operations manager, I used them for catering several times over the holiday season and they exceeded my expectations every time! Marketing Director Jorge worked with me to accommodate employee dietary restrictions and odd drop off requests over Black Friday weekend. They even included plates, napkins and individually portioned out the cheese sauce so each employee could have his or her own. The excellent pizza was accompanied with exceptional communication throughout all of my orders. The food was fantastic, but the service I received from Jorge and every other HotBox employee I encountered was even better. I will continue to use this location for all of my pizza needs!

This is likely the best traditional American regional pizza restaurant. They excel in all the essentials: thin crust, regular crust, breadsticks, and salads. The toppings are outstanding, and I've never had a negative experience here. Charlie, the manager, ensures that the staff is friendly, even in this challenging labor market.

We had a Hotbox in my hometown, and it's been eight years since we last visited. We were excited to try it again, and it did not disappoint! Everything was just as we remembered—fresh, delicious, and served quickly. I can't wait to return when we visit Indianapolis!

Always delicious and always welcoming! I’m a big fan of Hot Box, and this location has consistently provided me with great experiences. Over the past two years, I've ordered from them about once a week, and the only time there was a mistake with my order, the management quickly offered me a choice between a speedy replacement or a complimentary dessert for my next visit. If I could marry pizza, I wouldn’t hesitate—I’d be a very happy (and probably quite hefty) man!

Lunch today. They weren't busy for my surprise. My custom buffalo pizza was amazing with the hippie dough and the bread sticks were hot and fresh. Amy the manager was clearly busy with business work, but she still went out of her way to make sure that my dining room experience was all that it should be. This was a very pleasant lunch for me as I am used to coming under normal service from other facilities in this area. I will definitely come back and I recommend you go.
