Bidrage med feedbackAlways good service, however I noticed I order the same things frequently and the prices are all over the place , so believe it depends on who rings up and how. Went in today and customers were not asked to wear a mask.
They were extremely disrespectful and we waited for half an hour for our food in the drive through. we got our food and it was soggy and cold. these teens were not paying attention to any of the customers. they were busy talking to each other while therewas a huge line of waiting customers.
I visited Subway two days in a row and ordered the same salad each time. On the first day, the staff member did a great job by chopping all the veggies and making everything easy to eat. The cheese and meat were also sliced perfectly. However, when I returned the next day, I was disappointed to find that they put all the meat at the bottom, didn’t cut anything up, and just threw everything into the bowl. To make matters worse, they didn’t have any cookies available! I really hope someone informs the teenagers working there that simply tossing ingredients into a bowl and calling it a salad is not acceptable. The employee who took the time to slice the meat deserves a raise, and I truly appreciate their effort. As for the rest of the team, they really need to step up their game!
I placed a lunch order over the phone and when I arrived to pick it up, I decided to add another sandwich. The staff was already preparing my order, so adding an extra one was no issue at all. It worked out perfectly since we had a child at home doing distance learning that day. Thank you, Subway!
I don't recommend ordering online from this restaurant. I placed my order 25 minutes before I arrived, and I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I got there, my order hadn't even been started, and I had to wait for another group that walked in ahead of me. So, 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I finally got my order. If I hadn't wasted time ordering online and had just gone to the restaurant directly, I would have been served faster.
