Domino's Pizza - Zimmerman

This is the 1st time I've ordered from Zimmerman Domino's in a long time. Had issues with food and service before. Decided to give them another shot. That Was a Big Mistake. More issues with service and I cancelled my order. Back to chanticlear! Littlemore expensive. But they deliver and totally worth it!

Horrible for delivery. We've tried to be patient and give them a chance, but no one cares that some of the delivery drivers can't ever find our address. No one at the store will correct the problem and because of this fact I will no longer spend mymoney here. And I highly recommend you don't either. Also when I talked with the manager he was rude and didn't care at all thatmy pizza always arrives cold by the time the drivers finally find our house.

I imagine you're losing money because of your new phone system. I won't be ordering from here until it's replaced with the old one that worked.

We ordered a pizza to our apartment and Kim the delivery driver buzzed the wrong apartment (we double checked our address entered) and then proceeded to get mad at talking poorly in our front entryway to our building according to a younger group of people sitting inside the main commons area. Maybe double check the numbers on the order and make sure you’re pressing the correct number before talking poorly of paying and tipping customers. Then proceed to leave our food on the floor.

Food is always good and hot, drivers are all friendly (probably have met them all lol) thank you dominos for cooking when I don’t want to!
