Bidrage med feedback4* doña prudencia that is the best place alta cocina mexicana; medium price class beautiful place for sunset dinner at la ropa tasty guacamole yummy arrachera excellent service by lilli
We tried three times. I think breakfast and lunch are the best meals they serve. service is very slow, so they pack their geduld. breakfast tavara omelet in a green Poblano sauce with bohnen was very good. husband had the burger, not good, overcooked and strange texture and taste. I had the grilled steak tacos. freshly grilled steak on three tortillas. a tonne meat, very humid and tasteful with grilled chilis, swirling and cheese. we could have shared the dish. dinner, caesar salatspult and both had their chili rellenos, which were simply in order, not the best I ever had. beautiful beach terrace and palapa to eat during the day or at night with the lights at sunset.
We stumbled this restraint when we look for lunch. the chef is fantastic – we stopped 4 times again.
Best food La Ropa beach. Our favorite wait staff person, Lilly was there to welcome us back. That lady knows how to take care of her guest A+. Magical setting on the patio above the beach. Very interesting menu with some regional specialties. Husband had a chicken breast stuffed with rice, mushrooms and cheese...very good. Had my fav chile rellenos. Biggest chile I've ever seen. The sauce and batter was so light and yummy. Lilly recommended the coconut flan...wow,to die for. Very good prices, two happy hour drinks (5-7) two wines, dinner for two and dessert, tax and a generous tip $600 peso or around $30.00. For a second light dinner we tried the tortilla soup and Caesar salad both very good. Also tried breakfast and lunch.Shrimp and bacon tacos loaded with melted cheese. Beef tacos with melted cheese, peppers and onions.Breakfast was very good. Some different and interesting egg dishes I've never seen on a menu before. We tried the eggs in a clay pot...good.I have to say on subsequent visits for b-l-d when we didn't have Lilly as our server the service was not as good. The guys seemed more interested in standing in a group and visiting.
