Lin Dong Fang Beef Noodle

The noodles are quite delicious, the meat is tender, the restaurant space is spacious, but you have to serve your own cups, chopsticks and side dishes.

Loved the beef noodles here. The noodles are slightly thicker and slightly firmer. It gives a nice chew when eating the noodles. The beef was soft and tender. Something unique is that instead of chilli sauce, you can add heat to the soup by using the spicy butter. Overall, a great bowl of beef noodles soup.

After trying so many beef noodles, I personally say that this is the best Beef Noodle offered in Taipei. They got the noodles right where it has the best texture as compared to other restaurants. The meat is not too hard not too soft, it's just nice for everyone.

This restaurant is widely renowned for its exceptional Taiwanese beef noodle dishes. The broth itself is incredibly flavorful, and the standout feature is undoubtedly the chili paste that enhances its taste. It's no surprise that this eatery has gained such popularity among travelers. While there is another branch at Taoyuan airport, the original main branch holds a superior dining experience.
