Vernissage - Zermatt

After a memorable day in Zermatt and Gornergrat, experiencing the beauty and stillness of Alpine peaks and the Matterhorn, we wanted a special dinner location with superb setting, food and service. The Diner’s Club at Vernissage fit the bill perfectly. We six set watching the sun, light, the peaks of the mountains, and then disappear, in a ground and relaxing atmosphere, with helpful, patient and lovely servers. Several of us ordered the pre-fix dinners, and others are Lacourt. Each dish was prepared with great care and with simple and lovely presentation. The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned with wonderful sauces. Truffled butter on fresh delicious bread was hard to resist, and we did not resist! Desserts were as beautifully prepared and presented as were the earlier courses. We will remember this wonderful meal in a beautiful setting and highly recommend it to others.

The best dinner ever. Came back for a 2nd time. Food was delicious, service fantastic and reasonably priced. Will come back every time again when I visit zermatt.

Ein absolutes Erlebniss!! Das musst du gesehen und genossen haben. Wunderschöne Zimmer, hammer Spa Bereich, mega freundliches Personal, super Essen, einfach nur Traumhaft!! RESPEKT! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Sehr sehr faszinierendes und aussergewöhnliches Hotel.Das Frühstück war auch sehr sehr gut mit viel Auswahl. Immer wieder gerne!!!
