Bidrage med feedbackAfter the first visit of the adlerhitta one could say with good conscience that this was one of the best restaurants on the ski slopes of distected. the constancy of the operation remained however. over the years, with significantly decreasing food quality, prices have moved straight into the other direction. pure price increases are quite acceptable for quality gains, especially in combination with an excellent ambience. in the eagle, however, this argumentation cannot be applied. the personal has unfortunately only poor English and German knowledge and gasses at the last visit the permanently orderings such as drinks. the quality of the meat leaves to be desired, the derecôte was served tasty, which does not correspond to the gourmet standard, which is to be claimed for itself. the mistkratzerli, the speciality of the restaurants, has also been drawn in the stream of qualitative downturns in comparison to the previous years, with supplements such as vegetables being served almost uncooked. Despite an excellent location, other pistenrestaurants in dismatt are clearly past the adlerhitta in the points quality.
We were just there to bbq. everything is self-made, even the brot, and tastes super fine. highly recommended!
System gastronomy is looking for in vain - and that's good! but far away from the tourist stream around cermatt, this location with perfect side view to the matthorn is quiet in the ski area on its sunny side. the offered foods and drinks are neither cheap, nor cheap, and this is good - they are simply worth their price! the quality and preparation of these are at the highest level within the ski area. the equipment of the hut and terrace - thoughtful and with a lot of love to detail - looking in distorts of their same. perfect for chilling, celebrating and strengthening. too high seasons, however, you should reserve to be sure to call a great table a special one. highlight this year despite cold - season ending on 19.04! with these impressions of our repeated visits in 2016/2017, we are looking forward to the coming winter season!Without any sign of one to go - the coffee is likely to get a bit to the nearby Italian quality ... still perfect!
A combination of traditional and Italian food .The pasta selections are really tasty in full hearty or half portions ( try the simple 'mans pasta ' named for its size and a great chilli , garlic ,oil dish ) the venison main was super , the prawns juicy and fresh asparagus and nicely cooked . Wine comes in a good sized carafe as well as full bottles allowing a better value choice and again has some good Italian and Swiss selections .The welcome was genuine , the staff friendly and service prompt (even if we did pick a quiet week on this side of the mountain when its late in the season and the route down is slushy spring snow ) The views from the terrace are great and if needed the inside is also nicely laid out . Has a cool upper terrace bar as well .A good similarly priced alternative to Franz and Heidi or the pricier Chez Vrony - which means its Zermatt prices but well worth the extra that the good restaurants cost here
I lunched here with my two teenage children. My husband was meant to walk up from the village but couldn't find it. The teenagers opted for the grilled chickens and I had soup. All very good. The chicken came with homemade wedges and some vegetables, but at 39 Sfr each chicken, we all thought it was overpriced, even if it was very good. We were also annoyed about not being able to have tap water. Seems strange when you have plenty of fresh mountain water running by and other mountainside restaurants provide it.
