Bidrage med feedbackHad an online order placed 1pm waited for 30 minutes when I asked if my order was ready I was told by Jocy that she hadn?t started on it and wasn?t going to be able to get to it anytime soon. I asked for a refund and the person in charge Maxine,yelled across the store I will loose my job if I issue a refund. I asked for the manager and a way to contact them and was toldthey are in here from 6a-7a daily. There busy with 14 or so different stores. Mind you this whole time I am sitting in the storesince 1p it is now 1:35p. At this point I?m still calm not upset at all and ask how to request a refund Again Maxine yellsacross the store that it needs to go through the app. Both these ladies have an attitude with me from the second I asked when itwould be ready and if I could get a Refund. Well Maxine if it is so easy why not show a person how to request it instead of justpushing the request off as (you don?t care enough that I paid good money for a service and your to busy to take 2 minutes tohelp me out. I have never been so frustrated to be a subway customer in my life. Will NEVER come back here while these twowork here again. Apologies from both employees is definitely warranted and maybe customer service training to boot. I don?t carehow busy you are. You take time to assist a customer with a request like a refund or complaint pursuant to there order.
Wouldn't eat at this location, if the food was free. Ordered online at 12:50, was notified the order would be ready at 1:15. Email notification stated food was ready. It was not, sat there for another 25 mins, and manager never asked for verificationcode, to even attempt to make order. Stood in the line for another 10 mins, just to get my money back, while manager smoked acigarette out front. If your'e in the Zephyrhills area, I recommend the Subway at 54 and Eiland.
Just went by. They are out of items, which is understandable. But what it?s not understandable is the staff saying they have the supplies but haven?t prepped them yet. When you have 3 employees ?making sandwiches? and at least 1 in the back, veggies caneasily be prepped. I think sloths move faster than these workers. We were told we couldn?t be helped until online orders weredone first, which I also find ridiculous. Just to top it off, they screwed up our sandwiches. Didn?t even put the correct sauceson. I didn?t think I would have to monitor my sandwiches being made but I guess the staff can?t read. Absolutely ridiculous.
No veggies, messed up my order and didn't get the cookies. Not the employees fault, just ran out of stuff due to the storm. But still charged me for my order even though it was far less then it should have been.
My husband and I went there the day after hurricane Ian and it was by far the best experience ever. Everyone was still smiling they were completely staffed they are too be commended!!! The food was great and the customer service was exceptional.
