Sonic Drive-in - Zephyrhills

Strongly do not recommend to come here, the customer service is terrible you will wait from 30min-1hr for your order and that is if they even remember your order. I ordered a **** and waited for 45 minutes just to come home and find a mistake in it. I was also warned by an employee at this point that there are shots in the sluts and that this young man does not lie to me in a pure ecle. I would order very carefully from this place.

Then our order waited 30 minutes before the line. The people behind us got their food, never heard a word from the staff except when they made us mistakes. We never got food.

So the sign Happy Hour says good guess 2 to 17:00, which I gave them a second and third chance during the Happy Hour and still waited for almost 15 minutes both days, and not got someone to come serve me in the driveway... 3 Strikes YOUR out

What is this!!! I got scammed out of 14 dollars!!! I waited an hour for a cheeseburger and fries!!!!!!!!! Never got them, and these doordashers walked up to us, said they have been waiting 1 hour for a cup of water! I wish I could give 0 stars. There was only one lady doing all the work and I respect her. Everyone else was doing tik tok and stuff, saying they were understaffed . I can 't believe their manager would let this happen!

The food was amazing I definitely recommend the chili cheese tots they're amazing. I love their drinks. The staff was fast and friendly and even when there was a small issue with one of my drinks they fixed it quickly and the manager personally apologized for the issue. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. If you love burgers definitely go to Sonic.
