Papa John's Pizza - Zephyrhills

While the pizza was good, we were very concerned about the Peprocini, which had been clearly defrost on the stem. When the store was called, they said we were using pliers. How about your eyes?

I ordered a small gluten-free with light cheese and 2 20 oz diet Pepsi. I git regular cheese and on 1 20 ounces of pepsi. I notice that the labels in the box have overlapped me to cover the number of drinks that were on the order. I tralize this is because the labels for the pizza box are developed and pressed on the small box. Maybe you should consider changing your label size. Otherwise, my order was acceptable and the supplier was friendly and patient.

The shaqaroni wasn't as pictured on the commercials... Had probably three fifths the amount on it and if there was extra cheese on it, I couldn't tell... Sorry Shaq, but it didn't fill my expectations at all... I probably won't be there for another one..

Ordered online and have been a frequent customer. Pizza was not fresh. I called to ask if it was made fresh to order or if it wasn?t if I could call and request it be made fresh, spork to the manager of the store she advised she personally made it and it was fresh and it clearly wasn?t. The pizza was stale to the taste. Very disappointed and also disappointed in how she handled my complaint. Will be using another establishment in the future.

Called from online order, said card charged. Which it wasn't. I called to verify said everything okay. Driver gets to my home and said cash. Put the lady under stress paid it. Order came wrong one cheese one pepperoni. Two cheese came in. I asked to exchange it One slice taken out. I said take the 14 inch back and give me a smaller pepperoni. Having a pepperoni is a big deal. She said she feels I'm trying to get something for free! I said I'm asking you to keep the difference and give me the smaller pizza! Papa John's step up you lost my business for exchange that was going your way? My history of past orders never been in question. Look it up. When a manager says im looking for free is the last thing I need to call my integrity out. An experience not worth duplicating for pizza! Go figure.
