Very busy ride thru 12 minutes in line, but coffee and food were still hot

Wow. Just wow. Who to Dunkin? Donuts... an institution that has ?donuts? in her name, and they tell me that they are completely out of donuts. I placed an order on the app, money was taken from my bank account and when I arrive, I get setting from the cash register. She tells me I have to call the phone number in the app to get my money back. I'm just calling them closed. This is an apology for a franchise, and I am quite surprised that they are able to run a business like this.

This Dunkin? Donuts sucks, I place my order online yesterday and paid. When I came to pick up my order through the drive through they did not have any donuts or anything. I never had this problem at any Dunkin? Donuts before. How is that there is no donuts available what so ever. All other fast food places are able to make the orders and have them set aside but apparently Dunkin? Donuts can?t get it right here.
