Subway - Zephyrhills West

I was in a hurry and Subway was EMPTY. I ordered a 6 sub, toasted. The girl had everything loaded on my sandwich and instead of wrapping it up, she walked off to help someone that just walked in. Now my sandwich is cold. She came came back to ring me up and i asked for a large ice tea. I paid for the sandwich and large tea. She told me to take a cup for my tea. I went to pour my tea and both sweet and unsweet were empty. They had not been made that day. I went back to the counter and said I need them to refund my drink price. She said it will only take 4 or 5 minutes to make. I said i didn't have time to wait. As she started to make the tea she stopped to help another customer. I again asked for a refund and repeated I was in a hurry (and now I was late). Again she said i needed to wait. I left the empty cup on the counter and left without a drink or my money. Totally incompetent, totally unacceptable!!!

Can't really go wrong here. Love the sandwich I usually get. Those pizzas are fantastic.

Bought four hoagies. The bread tasted old and stale. Definitely not freshly made.

If I could give zero stars I would . I never write negative reviews but literally every item I received from my online order was incorrect and missing so many things on it .

The Caucasian lady with the red hair is amazing. She’s so enthusiastic and funny.
