Orgler's Restaurant Kaprun

Not italian, eating is a bucking frozen food combined quickly and tasteless. a waiter for the whole restaurant, the poor guy ran and tried to keep a service, but he was alone and could not open all customers. a timely way to visit. I don't recommend it.

We were recently on a ski tour to orgler apartments, which I would highly recommend, helga is fantastic and nothing is much to disturb to make their stay even more pleasant. we eat in restaurant 2 nights and had mixed thoughts. the Italian food is excellent and very reasonable for a ski resort restaurant.

I visited orglers restaurant to fulfill my expedition over Italian pizza, unfortunately not. my pizza had to contain “fresh tomatoes” and buffelmozzarella, but tomatoes were far away from fresh and I found only basic mozzarella, not buffala there.

The restaurant is spacious and nicely decorated. Unlike most of the other restaurants we have been to in Kaprun, it is not at all a touristic place. We have dined here twice the first and the last nights of our stay in the hotel....In the first night we arrived quite late, after the last order. We ended up eating tarte flambee, the only option available after closing hours. While not great, it was good enough after a long day of travel to Kaprun. The last night dinner was a better experience. They have a good selection of wine and a reasonable menu, all at decent prices. Service was a bit slow even though the restaurant was quite empty both times. We have also tried breakfast in our first morning in the hotel. The selection of food is reasonable, even though I believe they could do fat better in terms of fresh vegetables. Had it not been located in our hotel, we would have probably chosen other places to dine, which is really a pity.
