Gasthaus Zacherlbräu - Zell am See

Amazing traditional atmosphere and very friendly staff! Delicious meals and peaceful surroundings. Great central location, easy access to the near ski slopes and mineral water resorts by bus, car or taxi.

Typical local old house, very cozy, big room with a terrace and a nice view. Spent 4 days there for skiing. The ski resources are within 10km (Kaprun, Kitzsteinhorn, Zell am See . The food was delicious and big portions. Staff are most probably a family and all of them were very nice, friendly and helpful. Price is also excellent if you consider the fact that the hotel is so close to the ski centers. Overall we had a fantastic stay and most likely will visit again (summer maybe . :

Typical friendly Austrian family hotel. The surroundings offers fly fishing, walks in the mountains, mountain biking, close to Zell am Zee and the lifts. Very nice owners and staff. We stayed four nights and the breakfast its really good, as well as everything else. Nice Biergarten connected to the restaurant. Parking spots directly outside the hotel. If you pass this area, stay here.

Really cosy place with excellent food. The portions are huge and of very high quality. Especially recommended is the wildfleischpflanzerl dish. My favorite meal I’ve had in Austria.

Nice and genuine restaurant. The family rated the Schnitzel to be the best meal during the whole vacation.
