Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Zebulon

Replied, my order on the drive thru. I've tried to get out of the building because I don't wear a mask if I'm medically free and at least 5 employees either don't wear or wore them under the chin. Absolutely the worst KFC I was, and I was a lot.

The ride through the line is ridiculously slow, every time I order here, my food is cold. They never give you fresh food. Fries are always cold. Chicken is not fresh. You are terrible

I wanted to order two meals for me and my daughter who just came from the hospital. I asked for a 2 piece dinner with legs and named the 2 sides. He asked what to drink. I just wanted the box. He said it came with a drink, so I asked my daughter. I told him and he said pull you into the next window. I told him I wasn't ready and I had to order two more pieces. He said I asked if you needed anything and you didn't answer. Pull forward and we will add it. I moved forward and another person said your total is so and so. I said I wasn't ready to order two more pieces with two pages. You said you wanted two pages with the first one. I repeated my order. They said the box doesn't come with 2 pages, it comes with one and one drink. What happened where I can get a dinner with chicken and sides and no drink. What if I don't want to drink watered well? If I pay, I should get what I wanted. They accused me for extra pages and gave me a drink and was very rude. I couldn't tell if I wanted original or extra crispy. Or white or dark meat. They just gave me what they wanted or had. I'll never be back and let others know how rude they are. It was time of dinner and the doors are usually locked and they always try to press you although the drive thru, so they can meet their time or something. The man thanked the order and jumped into the conversation in the window as he was on speed or cracks. The girl was apologetic.

I left this place. The lady in the window was extremely rude and my order was a bit messed up. When I talked to the manager, he was kind and ready to do things right. He immediately resolved the problem and even apologizes for the young lady bad customer service. My food was fresh and delicious. I'll give five stars to the Professionality Manager.

First time coming here ! NEVER AGAIN ! I dont mind the long wait but employees are very disrespectful, rude. Management seems to be very dirty place looks horrible. Everybody in there seems to slack and there is one thing i cant stand is a slow worker. I would rather eat dirt off the side of the road than come back here.
