Bidrage med feedbackGalatea is just near the autopista and an easy detour out and into it. It took us a while to discover this gem among the sparse choices around Zaragoza. It is easy to access and parking too. The extremely well appointed restaurant is a joy among an industrial area. The food was well prepared and presented. The special of the day menestra and pochas with clams outstanding specially the latter which seemed like an improved version of the traditional fabes and clams; more subtle and delicate. The rodaballo over porrusalda had a whole fillet and was very flavorful. The dessert of goat cheese ice cream was excellent and just the right complement to a perfect lunch in a quite atmosphere with a subtle background of classical music. The service by the award winning owner was great. they serve wine by the glass at very good prices. Overall, a recommended stop or a vacation visit while in the Zaragoza area.
Nice town house converted into a very charming and homy restaurant near Zaragoza (aprox 25 kms). Classic dishes with absolutely fresh seasonal products, such as vegetables, meats and fish. Great tasting menu with 2 starters and 2 main courses. Good to ask for help to the Lady who manages the restaurant. Solid and elegant atmosphere feeling home. Nice cellar and gins trolley....... I really recommend it. Bé carefully because it is easy not to be able to find it
Beautiful and surprising location on the main highway of La Puebla de Alfindén. It has two dining rooms on different levels, a little under street level and the other on the top floor. Both are excellently decorated, giving it an exclusive and very quiet atmosphere where you can enjoy very good cuisine with many typical Aragonesian dishes. Very recommended.
Spectacular chef, the best food and a family treat. to repeat again
Good quality, but small portions and very expensive. There are better options for this price. Maybe our mistake, recently very often, has gone a la carte and not one of the menus they offer. The enemy has forgotten very well, but it is a tiny amount for what it is worth. Trigueros are fine, but they are also scarce or expensive. The shrimps are very good, expensive, but due to the quality/quantity/price ratio. They were worth it. And the T-bones steaks are excellent in taste and execution, but €40 are directly exaggerated. At the end 45 € per person, without dessert and with normal wine. For this price there are also better options in the center of Zaragoza. When I go back, it will be to try the Executive menu or the tasting menu, whose prices seemed more appropriate. The service was very good, the waitress was very attentive.
