Casa Oyarzum - Zaragoza

We had a mingle after an all day business meeting at this restaurant on a Sunday evening. They brought out many, many types of tapas, and they were all devoured by myself and my colleagues. Beer, wine, and soda were served as well. The atmosphere was good, the room just the right size for the 20 or so of us, and the staff did an excellent job of taking care of us.

We went to key business area and wanna to locate a restuarant for dinner. We ate quite heavy in the last few days. So, we attempted to have something light. We passed by this street and found that there were almost full of restuarants on both sides of the street. Since we did not have any idea, we chose this one by random. Since we were not really hungary, we ordered a seafood salad, fisherman soup and foie gras on toast. We saw another lady having foie gras toast at the next table and looked very attractive. The seafood salad and fisherman soup were good. The foie gras on toast was really brilliant. It costs EUR4.6 for each. The pan fried foie gras had crunch surface and kept the tender texture inside. The oil of foie gras was absorbed by the toast. The overall taste was brilliant. Though we did not have good appetite, the foie gras on toast was very tasty. We finally decided to encore one more piece!
