Bistronomo - Zaragoza

Incredibly bad service. Probably due to lack of staff and lack of professionalism. Food is good but not excellent and it arrives super late, more than 30 minutes between plates and not everyone is served at the same time. When asked for extra spoons to share dessert we were told we were not allowed to share. They eventually thrown spoons at us. Super rude. No baby changer and no baby chairs. Won't come back.

Went in a party of four. First the good: food is well presented and mostly really good. The bad thing is that apparently success has gone to their heads. In an empty place on a Tuesday, with tables that are not dressed or even clean (bread crumbs everywhere, even in chairs), they still warn you that for just tapas they might request you to leave the table if someone comes for full dinner. You request a glass of chardonnay, they bring something else with no warning, and when you ask for a second glass of wine different from the first one, they tell you that they only have one type of white wine by the glass. In Spain! They never minimally dress the table, food comes late and cold, even if you are the only customers. There is lots of room for improvement in the service department. Currently, it is a waste of good food.

Our party was supposed to be 7 but suddenly changed to 9. The 4 older children were seated at a table across the restaurant from us and were treated with respect and all of them loved their lunch. The rest of us were also graciously served from the menu which included some of the best fish I’ve had in Zaragoza. Out of the center but worth the trip!

Highly recommended! Dishes portions completely different from other places. Ideal to share and I can try several things Attention of 10. They advise you and explain plate by plate how it is made and what it contains. If the portions or tapas are delicious, the desserts are another level. The cheesecake...
