Wendy's - Zanesville

Thank you so much for giving me and opportunity to work at Wendy’s. I really did enjoy it but I wish I could’ve done more. I am so disappointed on how I was treated but other than that you guys are awesome

This Wendy's has gotten much better since they built their new building. Before that, I always had to check my bags before leaving the drive-thru because there were always multiple items missing.

The manager at this location that I had been served by via drive thru gave me one of the upsetting experiences I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Not only was she extremely rude, but she was very pushy and unhelpful. The service here gets worse everytime I order here. Even though the drive thru line had 5 cars, the line took me 20 minutes to sit through. After waiting and having difficulties with the staff, they still forgot items that I ordered.

They had a nice looking outdoor dining area so I decided to give it a try…I ordered a burger and fries…the burger was cold and swimming in sweet, synthetic sauces and the fries were more like cold, salt sticks…the dining area was pleasant even with the hum of nearby traffic ….

Clean dining room, friendly staff and accurate orders. It's the chain experience you expect from Wendy's.
