Dairy Queen - Zanesville

It's literally the worst DQ I have ever been to. I gave it multiple chances on multiple menu items. And it is garbage. The DQ on the other side of Zanesville is so much better. To the point that they might as we'll be two completely different restaurant organizations. My food was clearly made hours before I got it. Both the burger and fries. And on other occasions, I gave the ice cream a try and even that's jacked up. I've lived and traveled all over the country. And this is the worst DQ I've gone to. From the tip of Florida to Oregon. By far, absolute trash. Do not waste your daily calorie intake at the location on maple. Hot ice cream and cold burgers.

Saw a guy with a tattoo on his neck, getting frustrated because the untrained employees weren 't pitching in the way they needed to. My 2nd trip here for a medium chocolate shake, which you guys got WRONG the first time making it as thin as cold milk when I asked for a thick one. They did make it right when I called in and had to come back. This time they made it right the first time but put very little chocolate syrup to it. Here 's a good business montra. We might get it right on the 2nd try. Probably doesn 't help that they only pay thses zombies just over 10 an hour.

Went in to pick up an Ice Cream Cake, and Hot Fudge to go!

Twelve to thirteen dollars for these two blizzards.They were pretty runny for ice cream.When I complained about the fact that they weren't served upside down as advertised their response was we turned em upside down.Must have been before they put the cold milk in the cup.

I hadn't visited in a couple of years, but they've always had the best grilled cheese and hamburgers. I'm not sure if there are new owners, but something felt different this time.
