Velvet - Zagreb

We were waiting my husband and me to this holidays for go to this place, Velvet café. We came the day 13/07 at 11 am, It was a blonde girl washing the Windows who speaks us too baddly when we came with a too much bad face. We dont do anything to her. I think and i tell her for education, but she dont give us. I dont recommend this place only for the personal. A lot of people searching work and people Who dont want to work with work. World is too bad and im sad for this. Obviously, we go of the place, we dont sit down to eat. It was a bad bad ambient.

Great. A hidden gem off the main paths of traffic, located just next to a nice garden — super quiet, chilled and relaxing. Serves great drinks, cakes and allows you to sip away on your tea, coffee or cocktail while watching by-passers stroll by. Service was great and friendly, their outdoor patio a pure joy on a lovely summer evening.

Very nice place , one waiter make a mistake order with us and she became angry about us from her mistake, and another one her name Matea was so kind with us so hospitable and I respect how she handle the situation with us and came said sorry for something wast her mistake in the beginning, if i will be coming again to this place i will come because it has a waiter like Matea Thanks Matea for making our experience much better in this nice place

Terrible service, waitress literally rolled their eyes at us when I ordered my coffee. Mediocre cakes and bad coffee especially considering it is really expensive.

Located off the main road Ilica on the infamous Dezman street in Zagreb this cafe is nicely tucked away in a corner surrounded by nearby parks and forest paths. The coffee here is great and a reasonable size , with a little biscuit as a treat . Lovely selection of cakes and savoury options and has a vast range of beverages . Beautifully decorated and perfectly tucked away from all the chaos of the capital . 2 outdoor terraces and seating inside this cafe is a must when in Zagreb
