The dispatcher had a rude attitude and didn't seem to know what was available on their website. They refused to take my order.

This restaurant is simply awful! I ordered two small sets of rolls today, and there was nothing edible. The rice was like play dough, smelled like vinegar, and there was way too much of it. It was impossible to chew! My kids and I only managed to eat one portion of rolls together, and we couldn’t finish it. We ended up throwing everything in the trash because it was inedible! I spent 1500 rubles on the worst food imaginable. I've ordered from many places before, but this establishment is terrible. I will never order from here again; it was a waste of money, and I'm so disappointed! My kids even discouraged me from taking the food back, but I would have forced you to eat the garbage you’re serving! Do you even try your own food? The salmon on the Philadelphia rolls is a paper-thin layer, and on top of that, it tasted like it was on its last day of freshness. It’s just awful! I'm really upset about wasting my money!

I heard the owners had changed, so we decided to order the Philadelphia roll and another type of roll. It was very delicious, and we really enjoyed it. You can tell that the staff focuses on quality. Great job!

We ordered sushi rolls and were hugely disappointed; we've never encountered rolls like these anywhere else. The appearance and quality were awful. The only thing that tasted good was the ginger. We won't be ordering from there again! We even felt hesitant to give them one star.

We ordered the OKINAWA set, and it was simply awful. This is our first and last time ordering from here. I regret not reading the reviews before placing the order—what a waste of money. At least we can feed the cat. The kids didn't want to eat it at all; they were hoping to be impressed by the sushi. Instead, they were so disappointed that they now don't even want to hear about it again.
