Starbucks - Yuma

The customer service was outstanding. The cashier, a vibrant red-haired Latina woman, was remarkable. She was friendly, engaging, and polite—an incredibly cheerful and lively individual. She made us feel like we were the most important customers in the place. It's people like her who inspire you to come back!

The customer service at this place is always exceptional. Every time I've visited, the baristas have been friendly and inviting, smiling and happy to chat while you wait. This truly showcases the quality of their training!

I chose to go inside the store this time since the drive-thru was crowded. I had already placed my order through the app. After waiting for six minutes, I inquired about my order, only to find out it hadn't even been started! Fortunately, they began working on it immediately once they realized the mistake. However, it's disappointing to see that Starbucks is falling short of service expectations.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff for the wonderful drink I had this morning. I'm not sure who prepared it, but it was amazing and really lifted my spirits. Thank you all!

The drinks are consistently top-notch, and the staff is always very friendly. During my most recent visit, I was holding my baby while getting my coffee, and the manager sincerely went the extra mile by stepping away from a meeting to help me and bring my order back to my table. They are truly wonderful!
