Buffalo Wild Wings - Yuma

I’m Pretty upset with the establishment. I have Celiac disease and let the server know who was very helpful with the menu (I ended up ordering a Grilled Chicken Caesar) only to find out there were pieces of fried batter that appeared to be from boneless wings throughout the salad. I let our server know and they subtracted from the bill but they could really care less. It is very unfair that I have to suffer through a reaction because of the lazy staff.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, primarily due to the lack of customer welcome and service, as well as the absence of a military discount. While the wings, fries, and beers were enjoyable, the service left much to be desired, particularly in the bar table seating area. Our waitress, Sierra, only checked on us when we were seated and when it was time for payment. For any additional requests, we had to wave her down, which was frustrating. Furthermore, her nonverbal cues suggested displeasure when we asked for basic things like a table wipe, drink refills, wing sauce, side veggies, and napkins. I recommend that management improve their oversight on customer service and cleanliness to align with the standards expected of a BWW establishment. Additionally, I encourage them to consider offering a military discount, as it appears that this location does not provide one, unlike many other BWW locations nationwide.

Not super friendly for disabled patrons. Very rigid in their willingness to accomodate. Food and service were good but we will choose elsewhere in the future

I went out for wings with some friends, but it was disappointing. My dry rub wings lacked any flavor, and the salad was soggy and bland. I also found it surprising that the lemonade cost $4.99, and we weren't offered any refills. Some of my friends were even charged 60 cents for dipping sauces. The service was lacking; one of my friends had to leave the table to search for our waiter just to get our bills. Overall, we all agreed this place ranks low on our list for post-movie dinners.

Well the food was great, the server Erick took way to long to get the drinks, we had to sit outside and it was cold, we were told there were no seats inside, but other people got seats inside. It was my first time there and it might be my last. We took my son for his birthday.
