Pizza Hut Express - Yulee

Ordered 2.5 hours ago. Can’t get ahold of anyone at the store. This is crazy!

Although the staff may come across as straightforward and lacking in southern charm, they are efficient in taking orders over the phone and the food consistently delivers on taste. This restaurant is a convenient option for us as no pizza chain delivers to our neighborhood, and it's less than 5 miles away from our front door.

Been ordering my pizza through the app for awhile now. Now all of the sudden this Pizza Hut doesn’t allow online ordering. Which means all the online deals and the ability to use my Points I earned by spending money on their pizza is not available. Calling didn’t help! Won’t honor anything from online. I called and manager said sorry and that was about it. Disappointed.

Said they were closed about 20 mintues before actual closing time.

There was no one at the counter. After waiting for several minutes, I chose to go to Subway instead.
