Krystal - Yulee

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. The 6 of us enjoyed a quick breakfast. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Without a doubt, the worst (slowest) service. One customer ahead of me had to twice get them to correct his order, another didn't get everything on their first attempt. Then the employees bickered amongst themselves about the messed up orders. It took 22 minutes to get eight Krystal's with cheese. No fries, no drinks...just sandwiches. Never again!

Krystal is a restaurant that I used to go to many times as a child. Now that we live in South Carolina we don't get to go very often. Every time we go to Florida we try to stop through. This experience was just okay. The order was correct most of the food was pretty hot but some of our sack full of Krystals were not as fresh as others. I think they were already made while we were waiting on the rest of the order. Although the food was fine in general. The biggest complaint at this particular restaurant is the wait time. It seems like they are short staffed and it always takes quite a while to get your order. At least the staff at the drive-thru window are friendly and pleasant. They really need some additional staff in order to serve customers more timely.

Looks like they're cooking orders one at a time customers are giving me more information about what is available to be ordered.... I picked this place because it was in a gas station and hopefully an all-in-one stop and back on the road quick... Still waiting to order.. I uploaded a really cool picture though that you guys can look at... Well the food was good and I am happy with the visit all in all. Great response from the business also means this 2 star is a 4 ??

Pretty much some of the worst customer service I've had at a fast food restaurant. But I did get my order correctly and in decent time. Definitely, not the cleanest place.
