Huddle House - Yulee

We walked in and were directed to have a seat in a clean booth. There weren't many. We waited so long for anyone to help us, we almost walked out. There were a lot of people working but the restaurant only had a few tables with people. I couldn't figure out why so many people were working, why it took so long to wait on us, why they weren't cleaning the dirty tables, and how this place stays open. The cook appeared to be the only one staying busy. The food portions and quality were not great. It was a terrible experience over all. Not sure what we were thinking but we won't make that mistake again. Don't waste your money.

This was typical of what you would expect at Huddle House. I arrived just after the morning rush. The server was outstanding, and the food was hot and delicious.

They were incredibly busy and we had to wait almost an hour before getting our food, but threw wait was worth it. I got the biscuits and gravy with chopped onions and bell peppers on top. So so good. But may not want to go again on a Sunday at 10am.

Similar to waffle house only better in my opinion.. food was on point, had an early afternoon breakfast. Eggs were cooked to perfection.. waitresses were attentive and kind always with a smile. I will be back fod

To see a the cook sitting down talking to people, while there are pending orders to be cooked was ridiculous. Took her about 10-15 min to even get up after the order was printed, and when she was cooking she was on her phone not paying any attention. Cold Hasbrowns due to this inattentive action. Management knows they just don’t care. Will not be going back, and will encourage all to stay away until their dedication to customer service is restored.Waitress was wonderful, she can only do so much though.
