Buffalo Wild Wings - Yukon

Wings were great! We ordered a combination of bone-in Teriyaki, plain, Nashville Hot and Caribbean Jerk. And we had a double burger. Don't pass up the cheddar wedge fries. The chips and queso were delicious. Lots of food left over for take home. Laura was the best. She kept our glasses full, checked on us several times and also brought a take box of tortilla chips for the left over queso. She is a great addition to the Wild Wing team. We highly recommend and will be back.

Incompetence, a reflection of their management. I repeated myself 3 times over the phone to ensure these people would understand a simple order. Called in my order at 6:11pm and it didn’t get finished until 6:48pm. The amount of incompetence to get 1 simple kid’s order wrong is really pathetic. Train your people better, it’s really sad and a poor reflection of the company.

I placed an order for pickup. The order was ready 40 minutes late. Was not given the veggies ordered and no ranch.

Wait times for food were terrible. Had to leave. The manager just walks back and forth but does not help the waiters that have too many tables at the same time and cant handle

I dont know who JJ thinks he is. He must hate his job. He just made my girlfriends and I feel uncomfortable by the way he just kept staring at us so we just left. Food was good but service was not!!!!!
