I was in the mood to break my diet and dive into a 10,000-calorie feast, especially since I don't have any mirrors in my room – not that I'd want to see myself opening a pizza box only to find a pepperoni pizza without any pepperoni on it. Seriously, what am I, six years old? Absolutely not. So, I called them up, and they promised me a free pizza next time. Fast forward to when I was craving all that cheesy goodness again, I called back to claim my free pizza along with some stuffed bread and chicken wings because, honestly, I needed those calories like the moon needs craters. The woman on the phone said, "Just a moment, please." After a little while, she came back and said, “Your entire order is free.” Yes! That’s the kind of proactive customer service and problem-solving that elevates a typical pizza chain to 5-star status.

Papa John's Pizza in the family-oriented town of Yucaipa, California, offers a diverse selection of classic pizza favorites like pepperoni, sausage, and beef, as well as vegetarian options and specialty pizzas. All of their pizzas are made fresh and quickly. We ordered two of their 14-inch pizzas topped with fresh vegetables on their incredibly delicious thin crust, and they arrived piping hot and savory! Their menu also includes a variety of other items such as chicken wings, beverages, and desserts. The staff at Papa John's Yucaipa were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and helpful! I had an awful experience with Groupon at Papa John's, but the manager there was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly professional and genuine. Although he couldn't resolve the issues caused by Groupon, he made sure everything was set right in the end. He definitely deserves a raise! What a wonderful manager!

This is the BEST pizza place in town. Best quality and taste. The staff is extremely professional and well trained. I’ve ordered from every pizza place in town and it’s all been greasy and tasted stale. THIS Papa Johns has always tasted fresh and never greasy. This is the ONLY pizza place in town I will ever order from and support. I have never had a bad experience here. They are amazing!
