Chick-fil-a - Yucaipa

I really enjoy this restaurant! It’s always clean, the service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and eager to assist. If any issues arise, they handle them quickly and courteously.

I visited the Yucaipa location for the first time, and while I was grateful for the two drive-thru lanes, it was unfortunate that I ended up in the slower one. The other lane, where the customers seemed to know what they wanted, moved significantly faster—by at least five cars. I suggest posting the menu earlier in the drive-thru so that customers can decide on their orders before reaching the staff outside. Other than that, once we merged into one lane, the drive-thru moved quite quickly, the service was good, and I always enjoy their food.

Chicken strips for extremely burnt we only could eat one and a half of them didn't feel like complaining because we were with family and Didn't want to ruin the vibe with it I mean it was obvious that chicken strips were dark dark dark dark dark dark dark dark dark dark black almost Come on guys don't serve them if you know they're over fried I was going to ask for a different order I was at the group of teenagers how embarrassing mom we just won't eat them LOL

The food was delicious ?And fresh I enjoyed it with a very hot coffee

Worst Chik Fil A ever. Bad staff and food was cold.
