3.5 points. Pizzas looked good with pretty leoparding, but dough was undercooked and burnt along edges underneath which gave a bitter flavor. Composition and toppings were very good though. Hopefully they'll perfect dough temp and oven temp once up and running this season.
Where in the world do they serve pizzas and cannot accommodate two people in between bookings? Örum 119 . They even claim to be fully booked and have plenty of seats available both outdoors and indoors. Not worth a try to pop by here when on a couple of days trip in Österlen. Absolutely disappointed.
Destination for great homemade ice cream, baked goods or a wood fired pizza dinner with local flavors and ingredients (reserve table in advance! in the garden as well as a visit to the newly opened and impressive gift shop.
