Auberge de la Sapiniere - Yssingeaux

It's been a few years since we went there on Christmas day. The menu is as good as it gets when it comes to the price-performance ratio, the service is really excellent and people friendly and fun and the food of course very...good. On several occasions for allergies or just personal taste, we have asked to change the dishes and it has been done with a smile and quickly. Really a place I recommend. I seemed to have lightning for the restaurant setting that knows how to highlight the wood. If I come back, it's first to make the decoration discover to those who will accompany me. Their kitchen also has a lot of charm. The recipes I tasted seem to come from a family legacy. Unique, original and tasty, whether fish or meat.

Very good hostel. staff, effective, always smiling and listening, never force you, respect your will. The dishes are good, with a note of excellence for rapa. in many hostels often in quantity but very grace, here the rape is perfect. prices are quite reasonable for the proposed quality. the frame of course is splendid surrounded by wood. ideal for hiking trips. We'll go back.

Always as exquisite to come back to this place to enjoy a super pleasant welcome either by the director or waitresses. all staff are listening to customers. Quick and efficient service. the dishes offered are simple but always as well cooked. A rich and varied cheese tray.What with the cream burnt with the verveine is a slaughter !!!!
