Javette Starks is one of the most professional employees I've ever met. If she isn't already a manager or regional manager, she certainly deserves to be. She enhanced my experience immensely! Thank you, Javette, for your professionalism and courteous demeanor!

I want to begin by mentioning that I often visit this McDonald's in the early morning before work. There is an African American woman who is consistently very pleasant. I've witnessed her in extremely busy situations, and her customer service remains excellent and respectful. Although I don't know her name, she carries herself in a way that suggests she might be in a management position. I visited this location on May 12, 2022, and I hope her manager can look into who was working that morning and consider her for a well-deserved raise!
