Bidrage med feedbackMy name is not michael. I got the wrong pizza because that's not her ding. I was denied a loan or replacement pizza. I offered $3 on my next pizza. they can kick rocks - they probably do as they can't read properly. they do not care about their customer service, but my family will no longer use this location.
Most orders have been on par. Today however, I waited almost two hrs for an order that was never delivered. When I spoke to the young lady over the phone she clearly had no idea of how their online tracking system works and instead gave me the run around along with a generic answer. They offered to remake the order but refused to compensate in anyway for the delivery fee that obviously became void due to me having to drive to correct this mistake their driver/employees made. A great way to lose the sales all together. Customer service and rectifying issues that the restaurant is responsible for has become non-existent. Something that is common among young workers who could truly care less to help keep a business prospering. Will not be ordering from here ever again.
Store at 1530 Holmes Rd in Ypsilanti is not recommended. They just delivered my pizza without it being cut.. I 've never even heard of that happening let alone had it happen to me. I called to inform them and got a laugh and a Wow . No kind of comp or incentive to keep my patronage. I 'd give them no stars had that been an option.
Very poorly managed store with a drive-thru window that causes back ups. Customer waited 2 hours for a pick up but never received any food, was offered refund, as were several other disappointed customers. This used to be a great location but someone new must be managing it into the ground.
Pizza was burnt, was offered a remake if I bring the pizza back. It's the inconvenience of going back and not being offered a drink, bread sticx etc...especially when your going to throw the pizza away.
