Bidrage med feedbackWhile waiting to get my lunch on the subway in Youngwood, I noticed how hard Tabor worked and tried to quickly and efficiently take care of the long line of customers. He apologized for all those who had to wait. He took care of all customers while getting great customer service and getting their food as quickly as possible. Nice to see someone proud of his work. Great work, Tabor!
It?s lunchtime and there is only one person working behind the counter. When we arrived there was 3 people in front of us, he ordered 1 sub and it took her 10 minutes to make. Then the other couple ordered 3 subs and it took her close to 20 minutes to complete their order. I have managed fast food before and I would. Never have 1 person working through lunchtime by themselves or be by themselves at all. I have been to other Subways and it has never taken this long to get ordered. I won?t patronize this Subway again.
The artist working behind the counter did not know where anything was in the store. Artist did NOT know how to make a salad. This was the WORST experience I have ever had there. Artist said they were new, they should NOT have been left alone! My husband 's salad was non existent! The artist failed to give us a receipt, and did not ask if we were eating in or taking it home! I doubt I will ever go back to the Youngwood Subway! Worst experience ever!
Nice but very slow and they didn't know how to redeem a free drink coupon from their receipt, hopefully the manager will explain to them how to redeem it.
The sandwich artist provided friendly and fast service in the sandwich was absolutely delicious! Your basic, overall good Subway experience with fresh ingredients!
