Bidrage med feedbackTried to order online and was told order would be ready at 1230 pm. Got there at1245 and the order wasnt even started. The worker told me that she was workjng alone and didnt have 10 arms. **** b poor customer service.
While waiting in line to get my lunch at the Subway in Youngwood, I noticed how hard Tabor was working and trying to get the long line of customers taken care of quickly and efficiently. He apologized for everyone having to wait. He took care of all of the customers while providing great customer service and getting their food made as fast as he could. It's nice to see someone take pride in their work. Great job, Tabor!
It’s lunchtime and there is only one person working behind the counter. When we arrived there was 3 people in front of us, he ordered 1 sub and it took her 10 minutes to make. Then the other couple ordered 3 subs and it took her close to 20 minutes to complete their order.I have managed fast food before and I would. Never have 1 person working through lunchtime by themselves or be by themselves at all.I have been to other Subways and it has never taken this long to get ordered. I won’t patronize this Subway again.
I dislike leaving negative reviews, but I have to say that the staff at this Youngwood Subway exhibit a level of unprofessionalism that's quite disappointing for a fast food establishment. I believe the root of the issue lies in a lack of guidance from parents in teaching their children common sense. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this Subway location.
There was only one employee working during lunch, and I genuinely felt sorry for her. A customer even had to show her how to fold a pizza box. The owner should be embarrassed; they need to step up and help run the business until they hire and properly train more staff. This Subway should consider closing until they can find and train employees.
